As we celebrate Latinx Heritage Month, it’s important to honor the rich cultures and contributions of the Latinx community. In this spirit, we sat down with Nelissa Arriaga, Benefits Manager at Celonis and co-chair of the Latinx@Celonis Business Resource Group (BRG), to hear about her heritage, career, and what Latinx Heritage Month means to her.
"Hispanic/Latinx Heritage Month is an opportunity to celebrate and honor the rich cultures, histories, and contributions of our communities. As a proud Dominican and someone from a multiracial family, it’s a time to reflect on the diverse experiences that have shaped who I am."

"Being co-chair of the Latinx BRG at Celonis has been a deeply enriching experience. It’s provided a platform to connect with fellow Latinx employees, celebrate our heritage, and advocate for initiatives that promote inclusion. Because of my family I have always valued diversity, and the BRG allows me to foster that same sense of inclusion at work.
