Where it all began

I was born and raised in Samastipur, a small town in Bihar, India. I completed my Bachelor of Engineering (Computer Science) in 2014 from Siddaganga Institute of Technology in Tumkur, Karnataka.

My life before Celonis

I started my career with TCS as an Associate Software Engineer in Hyderabad, India, in 2014. I moved to Bangalore in 2021 and joined Cisco as a Tech Lead.

My first day at Celonis

I joined Celonis in September 2025 as one of the first engineers. Inspired by a friend at the Munich office who raved about the incredible people and engineering culture, I decided to join the team.

My role at Celonis

As a Frontend Engineer, I spend my day refining user experience, building features, and ensuring code quality and smooth integration. I love having the freedom to experiment and the structure to do things right. I have also been recognized as a Google Developer Expert in Angular and a Microsoft MVP in Developer Technologies for my contributions to the open-source developer community.

As for my team…

The engineering team at Bengaluru is one of the smartest bunches of people I have ever met. Everyone is super helpful and ready to help each other when needed.

A piece of advice

I would tell my younger self to stay curious, never stop learning, and believe in the journey. Trust the process, embrace change, and have confidence that consistent effort leads to meaningful success.

Outside of work

Outside of Celonis, I’m a public speaker, published author, and runner. I’ve spoken at over 100 global tech conferences and authored three books. Recently, I began running 10Ks in Bangalore, completing six races in 2025.
