Where it all began

Born in Madrid and raised in the Madrid mountains. We moved houses a few times since I was very young, so growing up taught me something quite early: home is not really the place; it’s the people.

My life before Celonis

I did a double degree in Journalism and Media. Writing has always been one of my biggest passions. Along the way, I realized that what truly energized me was people—their stories, their growth, and helping them find where they truly belong.

That realization led me to pursue an MBA, where I deepened my understanding of business while focusing on its human side, confirming that developing and working with people was the path I wanted to build my career in.

I explored different environments due to my curious nature. Experiences that gave me both the structured, analytical perspective of finance and the people-focused, large-scale learning approach of a global company, helping me grow into HR TA.

My first day at Celonis

I joined Celonis in October 2024. I was excited to move into the tech space and be part of a fast-paced, innovative environment where people, growth, and business impact truly go hand in hand.

At Celonis, I focus on connecting exceptional talent with the future of the company. I led our BDR program, and my role has since grown to cover recruiting across GTM and every position at Celonis — I'm always exploring new ones as the business evolves.

Outside of work

Outside of Celonis, I’m always on the move: whether it’s cinema Fridays and family time or ceramic studios and adrenaline-fueled adventures, I love trying new activities and finding the next great view.
