Curiosity built my career. Asking “why” led me from software automation to my strong passion for process optimization. Now I help Italian companies cut the friction, innovate faster, and rebuild their operations to scale.
Where it all began
I was born and raised in the beautiful village of San Benedetto Po (Mantua), a village of 7,000 people in northeast Italy. I studied Industrial Engineering at Politecnico di Milano, earning a double degree from Audencia Business School in Nantes, France.
My life before Celonis
Before Celonis, I spent over five years in Germany driving software automation and innovation at Procter & Gamble, evolving from a software engineer into a product manager.
My first day at Celonis
I joined Celonis in September 2023, driven by my strong passion for process optimization—I'm the person who takes things apart to understand how they work! I wanted to use my experience in software automation to help Italian companies innovate and streamline their operations.
My role at Celonis
As a Lead Project Manager, I act as a bridge between our customers' biggest goals and our technology. I lead end-to-end software implementations—basically, I make sure the right people, processes, and tech come together flawlessly and on time to unlock value!
As for my team…
I work with an incredibly talented, passionate, and committed group of people. The best part? There’s zero gatekeeping. Everyone is always eager to step in, lift each other up, and share their knowledge so we all succeed together.
A piece of advice
Advice I would give my younger self is to view everything that happens to you and around you as an opportunity for learning and growth. Challenges are just lessons in disguise. But above all: never forget to have fun along the way!
Outside of work
Outside of work, I love volunteering in my neighborhood. Otherwise, you can usually find me spending quality time with friends, trying out new experiences and hobbies (I recently got my scuba diving license), or going on adventures with my nieces and my dog!
