Senior Deployment Engineer - AI
Nora Mannheims
Years ago, I was living in Rotterdam working on my master’s thesis when I got introduced to Celonis and process mining. Today, I’m an AI Deployment Architect, helping our customers build robust AI solutions powered by Process Intelligence.
Where it all began
I was born in Aachen, Germany and moved for my studies to the Netherlands. I first studied Economics and Business in my bachelor's, but then pivoted to become more data-driven with an MSc in Business Analytics and Management.
My life before Celonis
After my bachelor's I was living and working in Hong Kong to figure out my next steps, which eventually led me to pursue a Master's in Rotterdam where I was writing my thesis with a Celonis partner and got introduced to the world of process mining. I spent a final six months living in Munich before officially starting my journey at Celonis in the Amsterdam office.
My first day at Celonis
I joined Celonis in January 2023. After experiencing the energy of Celosphere, I knew I wanted to be part of such a fast-growing, inspiring software company and deepen my knowledge in Process Mining and consulting.

My role at Celonis
I am a Senior Deployment Engineer helping our customers build robust AI solutions with the basis of Process Intelligence.
As for my team…
I work with some extremely talented and supportive people, trying to push the boundaries everyday.
A piece of advice
An advice I would give to my youngerself: You cannot always plan every step, sometimes you just have to jump on new opportunities and trust the process.
Outside of work
You’ll usually find me offline enjoying life with my little family and friends, preferably out in nature and doing something active.
This is my Life At Celonis
A place where I have the opportunity to try new things, push my limits, and grow my career.
