I’ve always been driven to create great experiences for people. Today I lead the Workplace Experience for three of our North American offices.
Where it all began
I was born in Wilmington, NC. I have a B.S. in Business Administration with a concentration in finance. I also have a BFA in Musical Theatre.
My life before Celonis
Growing up helping in my family’s coffee shop gave me an early appreciation for operations, customer service, and creating great experiences. Those lessons led me into financial services and eventually to managing workplace experience across six North American tech offices.
Joining Celonis
My hospitality background, operational instincts, and experience in tech environments led me to Celonis, where I now lead Workplace Experience across three of our North American offices.
My first day at Celonis
I joined Celonis in June 2022, and I was sold on the people before I was sold on the role. When the Raleigh office surged from a handful of people to 150 in three years, Celonis needed someone to turn that momentum into infrastructure. I didn't hesitate.
My role at Celonis
I manage day-to-day operations and facilities across Celonis's North American offices, balancing business needs with employee experience to build high-performing workplace communities where people can focus on what matters.
As for my team…
As for my team... We keep the lights on, the space running, and the culture alive — and if we're doing our jobs right, people won’t think we’re doing anything at all.
Outside of work
Professional chaos manager at work, landlord on the side, and mom of two toddlers who survived "two under two”. When not wrangling kids or tenants, I'm crocheting, trading Pokémon cards, or reorganizing my pantry.

This is my Life At Celonis. Every day looks different, but the constant is the people — keeping things running while genuinely caring for the humans in my offices, because at the end of the day, they're always the best part.
