Your Lunar Journey

Onboard

Join six months of structured training and field rotations designed to blend classroom learning with practical sales experience.

After each round of training, you’ll spend two months with sales teams, gaining accreditation within the foundational building blocks required to support your success in the field.

An introduction to Celonis and the Lunar Program. We’ll discuss your career drivers and how you’ve developed skills and capabilities relevant to the role and, more broadly, a career in Sales.

Sales Leader Interview - 30 Minute Video Call

A capability interview led by one of our Sales Directors, designed to help us understand your approach and alignment to the Celonis criteria.

Peer Account Executive Interview & Presentation Dry Run - 30 Minute Video Call

A capability interview led by one of our Sales Directors, designed to help us understand your approach and alignment to the Celonis criteria.

Challenge Presentation and Final Interview
1 Hour Onsite Interview

An opportunity to meet with our Regional Sales Leader and Vice President to present your Challenge Presentation. The interview will include a final round of questions designed to understand your capabilities aligned to the role of an Associate Account Executive at Celonis.

What skills can I expect to learn?
Our Lunar program ensures graduates excel in B2B sales by mastering: navigating sales cycles, consulting and guiding customers, pitching to executives, utilizing sales assets, leading account teams, and executing strategic account planning.
What is the program start date?
Individuals selected for the Lunar Sales Academy will start together on the program launch date in February or August.
What happens after the 2 year program is complete?
Once you’ve successfully completed the two-year Lunar Sales Academy program, you’ll graduate and be promoted to a Celonis Account Executive, continuing your career path within the Celonis Sales team.
